Training and Development:
Developing career progression pathways and mentoring opportunities for colleagues to grow and succeed.
Compliance and Safety:
Ensuring all processes meet legal standards and promoting employee safety guidelines.
Operational Support:
Providing support and acting as a trusted advisor to line managers, sometimes assuming overall responsibility for running the store in the absence of more senior management.
