Location : MysoreResponsibilities: a~ Manage the recruitment and selection processa~ Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capitala~ Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organizationa~ Conducting payroll transactions in an efficient, accurate & timely manner.a~ Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.a~ Conducts market research, sales forecasting, and strategic planning to assess and ensure the sale and profitability of products.a~ Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.a~ Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identifies needs for new products and services and makes recommendations to leadership.a~ Lead & Manage team and keep them motivatedRequired Skills/Abilities: u Masters degree in Marketing or Human Resource Management. Dual specialization is an add on.u Proven 1 years of experience in Recruiting Marketing Manager or Recruitment Marketing Specialist.u Excellent verbal and written communication skills.u Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.u Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.u Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.u Strong supervisory and leadership skills.u Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.u Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.u Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.u Exceptional event planning, marketing, and management skills.u Excellent verbal and written communication skills.u Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: a,216,000.00 - a,320,000.00 per yearSchedule:
