Job Description


**Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:** - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate and construction sectors. - Conduct job analyses, create job descriptions, and manage the entire recruitment process. - Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry networks. 2. **Employee Relations:** - Proactively manage employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes in a fair and timely manner. - Implement and maintain policies and procedures that ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture. - Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions. 3. **Training and Development:** - Identify training needs within the organization and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. - Collaborate with department heads to create career development plans and succession strategies. - Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant topics. 4. **Performance Management:** - Implement and oversee performance appraisal processes to assess employee performance and development needs. - Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and professional development opportunities. - Foster a performance-driven culture that aligns with the company\'s goals. 5. **Compensation and Benefits:** - Manage the design and administration of competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. - Conduct regular market analyses to ensure the company\'s compensation packages remain competitive. - Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. 6. **Compliance:** - Stay abreast of relevant employment laws and regulations and ensure company compliance. - Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements. - Conduct periodic audits to ensure HR practices are in compliance with applicable laws. 7. **HR Analytics and Reporting:** - Utilize HR analytics to track key performance indicators and provide insights to senior management. - Prepare regular reports on HR metrics, workforce trends, and other relevant data. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus. - Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the real estate or construction industry. - Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into HR strategies. - Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. - Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 313,538.81 - 900,000.00 per year Benefits:
