Position / Role: HR Manager Experience Required: 3 - 5 years Location: Mumbai Reports to: HR Director Industries Preferred: Human Resources, Management, Administration Qualifications Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in HRM from a reputed institute Skills Required: Strong conceptual, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills, experience and excellence in initiatives like Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Induction, HRIS, learning and development, rewards & recognition and compensation and benefits, ability to facilitate effective implementation of HRMIS to facilitate streamlining of employee database for organization effectiveness Job Responsibilities: - . Support the Head - HR in implementation of the Performance Management process, monitor progress and ensure timely distribution of payouts. Should be able to consolidate organization wide development needs emerging from the PMS process, identify and implement L&D initiatives to achieve enhanced performance. . Build competencies in employees . Effective implementation of organizational and employee performance . Ensure robustness in the HR processes . Responsible for short and long-term planning of all the HR related functions like workforce planning, recruitment, staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labor relations, benefits, workforce training and development. . Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport. Controls and inspects employee\'s accommodation, staff canteen, rest rooms etc. ensuring it is of the highest possible standard of cleanliness and comfort . Encourage a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary. . Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing employee activities and events, including monthly staff meeting, food festivals, annual party and community services. . Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding employee morale, employee relations, coaching, counselling and discipline. Job Expectations: Should be willing to travel with the CMD as and when required and work in his core team.
