The Client
Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) Established in 2009, SBUT is a multi-award winning public charitable trust executing Asia\'s largest redevelopment project at Bhendi Bazaar, Mumbai. This ambitious redevelopment project comprises of 16.5 acres of land, which has over 250 existing buildings, housing 3200 families and 1,250 shops. The trust works with world class partners such as McKinsey, Deloitte, and Whitby Wood, and has a track record of producing outstanding results. SBUT now has more than 150 core employees and is looking to add to its vibrant and charismatic team.
The Role
The job responsibilities will be as follows:
- Must be able to perform data analysis using Excel functions like SUMIF, VLOOKUP
- Support in payroll management and execution
- Create, update as well as manage and enforce HR policies, these include workplace behaviour and conduct policies as well as the rewards and recognition policy
- Support in the annual appraisal and performance management process; assist in setting up KPIs, recording the data for the process and working on it to get final analysis and decisions
- Support the complete recruiting process, such as JD creation, reviewing candidates, taking interviews, and onboarding new recruits
Skills we are looking for
- Any Bachelor\'s degree
- 2-5 years of experience within the HR field
- Strong computer skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Should be a people person, comfortable with meeting and talking to strangers
