for Manager - HR (ops) 1. Implements plans for HR and Admin to contribute to the delivery of the organization\'s objectives. 2. Oversees the recruitment and selection process for bringing the best talent to the organisation 3. Craft HR policies and recommend amendments needed due to changes in local conditions or labour laws. 4. Manage complete Talent Management process 5. Manage Performance management process and ensure performances are rewarded on timely basis 6. Manage timesheets for office, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy, and filing 7. Monitor compensation & compliance and benefits. Ensure timely preparation of monthly Payroll. 8. Undertake employee training and development and make recommendations. 9. Work with senior management to resolve employee relations issues pragmatically. 10. Oversees the Administration function, ensuring adequate Admin support is provided to staff when needed 11. Oversees the preparation and coordination of office activities, i.e. team meeting, team building, staff retreat, etc. 12. Ensure all statutory and constitutional requirements to ensure the organisation operates in a proper and effective manner. 13. Implement interventions to ensure better Employee engagement 14. Ensure engaging Organisation communication
