Post : HR Manager - Generalist Gender : Only Females Qualification : Graduate/Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management. Experience : 5 - 8 years of experience in HR (Generalist) Industry : Manufacturing Working days and Time : Monday to Saturday (10.00 am to 7.00 pm) Location : Western Suburbs Job Profile : PAYROLL / RECRUITMENT SELECTION / HR POLICIES / DAY TO DAY HR ACTIVITIES. Staff recruitment formalities. - Maintaining a smooth onboarding process. - Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. - Conducting performance and wage reviews of certain staff. - Drafting clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. - Review salary and attendance working in software. - Monthly salary working. - Handling workplace disciplinary and termination procedures. - Maintaining employee and workplace privacy. - Collaborating with existing team of human resources staff. Day to day HR activities. Candidate must have good communication skills. Candidate must be computer savy (MS office/Emailing/ERP software) Job Type: Full-time Salary: 945,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
