Job Description

The HR Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing all Human Resource activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, compliance, and HR policies. The role ensures a positive work culture and supports business goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities



Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and systems

Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies

Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations

Lead compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination

Support learning and development, training programs, and succession planning

Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development

Handle conflict resolution, grievance management, and workplace investigations

Maintain accurate employee records and HR reporting


Experience- 3yr-5yr.
