Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for factory-level and corporate roles.
Conducting client site visits to understand manpower requirements.
Managing candidate pipelines and conducting initial screenings.
Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in a factory environment.
Must be willing to travel for client site visits.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work a 6-day week.
Need person who supervises all HR work
i.e., Time office, Recruitment, Housekeeping liaison to government offices, etc.
