Responsibilities and Duties
We are looking for an
Manager HR
to manage our company's recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Manager HR
responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Screening resumes.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to company Head HR
Coordinating interviews with the Manager HR.
Leading all tema of HR, Admin & Oepration
Following up on the interview process status.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Coordinating exit interviews on terminating employees.
Overseeing end-to-end payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions and benefits administration, such as provident fund, insurance and healthcare plans.
Preparing payroll reports, including income tax returns and provident fund filling.
Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with Indian labour laws, tax regulations and statutory requirements.
Maintaining accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves and personal information.
Processing new hires, terminations, promotions and other employee status changes in the payroll system, to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
