Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to handle end-to-end HR management for the Group. This is a
long-term opportunity
for someone who can take ownership, work independently, and act as a strategic partner to management.
You will be responsible for recruitment, HR generalist activities, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee communication, payroll coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment cycle
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and manpower planning.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions.
2. HR Generalist & Operations
Oversee daily HR operations and act as the first point of contact for employee queries.
Maintain and update HR records, employee files, and HRIS data accurately.
Ensure HR policies are implemented and followed consistently.
3. Onboarding & Offboarding
Design and execute structured onboarding programs for new joiners.
Ensure timely completion of documentation, induction, and introductions.
Manage exit formalities, clearance, exit interviews, and feedback tracking.
4. Performance Management
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and ensure timelines are met.
Support management in setting KRAs/KPIs and tracking performance.
Analyse performance data and share insights to support decisions and improvements.
5. Employee Communication & Engagement
Drive clear, transparent, and professional communication with employees.
Support management in implementing engagement activities and recognition programs.
Help maintain a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven work culture.
6. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate with accounts/finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
Verify attendance, leaves, and variable components for payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Key Requirements
Experience:
Minimum
5-7 years of hands-on HR experience
, with at least 2-3 years in an HR Manager / Senior HR Executive role.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and ability to handle sensitive situations confidentially.
Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
