Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring effective HR policies and practices. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent. Support employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices. Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation accurately. Resolve employee relations issues and escalate complex matters when necessary. Foster a positive workplace culture and improve employee satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

5-7 years in HR, preferably with managerial experience.

Skills:

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion. Leadership and team management skills. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
