Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
recruitment process
-- sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
Develop and implement
HR strategies and policies
aligned with organizational goals.
Handle
attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records management
and maintain HR documentation.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and employee development.
Promote a
positive workplace culture
and drive retention initiatives.
Requirements:
Qualification:
MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in HR operations, preferably in the education or service industry.
Strong knowledge of
recruitment, payroll, compliance, and employee relations
.
Excellent communication, organizational, and people management skills.
Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
