Roles & Responsibilities:
Team Management & HR Operations:
Lead and manage a small HR team, providing guidance and support in daily operations.
Oversee general HR functions including attendance, leave management, and payroll processing.
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes - job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management.
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, company policies, and HR best practices.
Performance Management:
Assist in performance appraisal processes and training & development initiatives.
Support managers in addressing performance-related issues.
Eligibility Criteria & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Female Candidate are preferred.
1-2+ years of experience in a generalist HR role.
Experience in team handling, attendance management, payroll processing, and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
