Role Overview:
As the HR Manager, you will be the first point of contact for employees, candidates, and external stakeholders. You will carry the responsibility of nurturing our culture, strengthening our employer brand, and ensuring smooth HR operations across branches. You will be the company's voice and ambassador, ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and trust.
Key Responsibilities:
Culture & Leadership
Serve as the cultural ambassador of the company, building a positive and inclusive workplace.
Be the face of the organization in employee interactions, recruitment drives, and external HR forums.
Drive initiatives that reflect the company's mission, values, and vision.
Employee Experience & Relations
Build trust and strong relationships across all levels of employees.
Act as the go-to person for employees' concerns, guidance, and professional support.
Conduct employee engagement, recognition programs, and welfare activities across offices. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead recruitment efforts by representing the company as an employer of choice.
Oversee hiring processes, campus drives, and onboarding programs with high visibility.
Create branding strategies to attract and retain top talent.
HR Strategy & Compliance
Develop and execute HR policies aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirement.
Standardize HR processes across all offices to maintain consistency.
Performance & Development
Drive performance appraisal systems and leadership development initiatives.
Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to enhance skills and growth opportunities.
Build succession planning frameworks to strengthen leadership pipelines. Multi-Office Management
Represent HR and leadership in multiple offices with regular visits and active communication.
Ensure uniform HR practices and discipline across locations.
Act as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring alignment of goals.
Key Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
4-7 years of proven HR experience (IT industry preferred).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a people-first approach.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to represent the company internally and externally.
Experience in managing multi-office HR operations.
Knowledge of HRMS systems, payroll, compliance, and recruitment tools.
