Key Skills Required



Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Proficiency in HRMS/ATS and MS Office tools. Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making. Ability to handle conflict resolution and build positive work culture.
