Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to take complete ownership of HR operations, compliance, employee engagement, and process excellence within the organization. This role demands a strong focus on monitoring, leading, and implementing HR functions ranging from onboarding to payroll compliance, process building, policy creation, and reporting. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth HR operations while driving improvements in systems, processes, and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Employee Management
Onboarding (Monitor): Oversee the complete employee onboarding process to ensure a seamless and professional joining experience.
Onboarding Assessment (Monitor): Monitor and evaluate onboarding assessments to confirm alignment with organizational expectations.
Asset Management (Monitor): Track and monitor employee assets (laptops, ID cards, etc.) and ensure proper allocation, return, and documentation.
Support & Query Resolution (Monitor): Monitor, manage, and resolve employee HR queries and support requests in a timely and effective manner.
Innovation (Monitor): Continuously monitor HR-related processes for opportunities to innovate and improve employee engagement and efficiency.
Policy & Process Development
Policy Building (Lead): Take the lead in designing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies in line with organizational culture and compliance requirements.
Process Building (Lead): Develop, implement, and streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Using Keka Full Potential (Lead): Ensure effective and full utilization of the Keka HRMS platform to optimize HR operations and reporting.
Reporting & Analytics
Reports (Lead): Create, manage, and maintain HR reports covering all aspects of employee lifecycle, compliance, and organizational requirements.
Report Analysis & Improvements (Lead): Analyze HR data and reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Hierarchy Building (Lead): Develop and maintain a clear organizational hierarchy within HR systems and structures.
Payroll & Compliance Management
Payroll: Manage payroll processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
TDS: Oversee Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) deductions and ensure accuracy in employee taxation.
PF: Monitor and manage Provident Fund (PF) compliance and contributions.
ESIC: Handle Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) compliance and ensure statutory adherence.
Compliance: Ensure complete compliance with all statutory labor laws and organizational requirements.
Code of Conduct (COC): Implement and enforce the company's Code of Conduct, ensuring adherence at all levels.
Employee Engagement & Meetings
Increment Meeting: Organize, coordinate, and monitor increment review meetings to ensure transparency and alignment with organizational guidelines.
HR Connect: Drive regular HR Connect sessions to foster engagement, communication, and feedback between employees and management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance management.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and statutory regulations (PF, ESIC, TDS, etc.).
Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, preferably Keka.
Excellent reporting, analytical, and process-building skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities to handle employee engagement and organizational HR initiatives effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
