Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
payroll processing
including salary computation, deductions, taxes, and reimbursements.
Ensure
timely salary disbursement
and maintain payroll records.
Handle statutory compliance related to
PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws
.
Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Draft and implement HR policies in line with legal and company standards.
Oversee
recruitment, onboarding, training
, and
employee engagement
activities.
Address employee grievances and provide support to departmental heads on HR-related matters.
Liaise with government bodies and auditors for labor inspections, audits, and related documentation.
Monitor
attendance, leave records, and performance evaluations
.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 5 years of HR experience
, with at least 2 years in payroll and compliance.
Strong knowledge of
Indian labor laws
and
government compliance
requirements.
Proficient in
payroll software
(e.g., GreytHR, Keka, Zoho Payroll) and
MS Excel
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
