Roles & Responsibilities:
1.Recruitment and Selection
Develop and implementeffective recruitment strategies to attract qualifiedcandidates
Create job descriptions and specifications for open positions
Manage the interview process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
Extend job offersand negotiate employment packages
2.Employee Onboarding and Training
Design and facilitate comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires
Assess training needs and develop training curricula to enhance employeeskills and knowledge
Deliver training programs and track employee progress
Provide ongoing coaching and support to help employees succeed
3. Performance Management
Implement performance appraisal systems and conduct regular performance reviews
Set clear goals and objectives for employees
Provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement
Make recommendations for promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions when necessary
4. Employee Relations
Foster a positive workplace culture through open communication and conflict resolution
Address employee grievances and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
Serve as a liaison between management and employees
5. Employee Relations
Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
Conduct salary surveys and make recommendations for competitive pay structures
Manage employee leave, retirement plans, and other benefits
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
6. Compliance and Risk Management

Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention
Conduct employee surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement
Recognize and reward high-performing employees
Implement programs to support employee well-being and work-life balance
9. Strategic HR Partnering
Align HR strategies and initiatives with the organizations overall business objectives
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and programs
Serve as a strategic partner in organizational change initiatives
Provide HR expertise and guidance to support the achievement of business goals
