Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. HR Operations



Coordinate

blue-collar & white-collar hiring

along with background verification. Manage

offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding

, and documentation. Maintain employee database, onboarding profiles, and training records. Execute

salary & attendance processing

, including basic

CTC breakdown

understanding. Handle

PF, ESIC, Gratuity registrations

, and monthly compliance coordination. Track

notice period

, exit documentation, and clearance.

2. Administrative Work



Assist in

asset management

- allocation, tracking, and return. Ensure

cleanliness, housekeeping & security staff supervision

. Support

insurance claims

, staff health tracking, and ID card issuance. Monitor

CCTV, IT setups, and coordinate with ELV vendors

.

3. Legal & Compliance Assistance



Support HR Manager in

legal documentation

(Form II, Apprentice Act, Factory Act). Assist during

legal visits

, ISO audits, and compliance checks. Maintain records for

minimum wage compliance

and internal audits.

4. Safety & Facility



Support planning of

fire drills, health & safety training

, and first aid readiness. Assist in

property maintenance

, vendor coordination, and housekeeping inventory.

Key Skills:



Understanding of

Labour Laws

, basic HR compliance Familiarity with

factory or plant HR routines

Knowledge of

HR software / Excel / Attendance systems

Good coordination skills with IT, Admin & Security vendors

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
