Job Description

Job Summary:

As a Human Resource Manager at Shivam Enterprise, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, compliance, and performance management. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our organization attracts, retains, and develops a skilled and motivated workforce while ensuring compliance with labour laws and fostering a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment and Onboarding:



Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and manage the hiring process. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Employee Relations:



Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and issues. Promote a positive and inclusive work culture.

Performance Management:



Implement performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers. Develop and oversee employee performance improvement plans when necessary. Assist in the development of training and development programs.

Compliance:



Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance. Handle all HR-related documentation and maintain accurate records. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Assist in the development of competitive compensation packages.

Training and Development:



Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs. Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

HR Administration:



Manage HR budgets, resources, and administrative tasks. Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies.

Employee Engagement:



Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve workplace conditions.
