* Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing,Finding and hiring the right talent, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
* Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant
* Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
* Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
* Maintaining and revising the company's handbook on policies and procedures
* Maintaining department records and reports
* Maintaining work culture Job Type: Full-time Salary: ?9,976.20 - ?36,047.07 per month Schedule:
