Key responsibilities:
Handle end-to end recruitment and onboarding
Manage HR policies, employee relations and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations
Support leadership in workplace planning and talent development
Promote a positive and productive work environment
Skills Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Indepth knowledge of HR operations, labor laws and modern HR Tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with leadership
