to oversee the day-to-day HR operations of our organization. This role is ideal for a professional with solid working knowledge of HR management, employee lifecycle, compliance, and payroll, but who is comfortable working in a growing company environment where multi-tasking and ownership are key.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations, including employee onboarding, exits, and maintaining employee records.
Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, and leave management.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain updated HR policies.
Assist management with workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and talent acquisition support.
Address employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
Prepare and present periodic HR reports (attendance, headcount, payroll summaries, etc.) to management.
Support performance appraisal and employee development processes.
Maintain a professional, approachable HR desk for all employees.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM in HR).
2-4 years of proven experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
Solid understanding of HR policies, statutory regulations, and employee relations.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
