HR Manager will lead critical cultural transformation and team-building efforts to lay the foundation for rapid organizational growth. This role involves implementing scalable HR systems, fostering an entrepreneurial yet professional culture, and aligning HR initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Hands on Experience in Recrutiment and Onbaording. Develop and implement PMS (Performance Management System), Agreed upon set of SOPs, and HR systems (HRIS). Design and execute a hiring roadmap aligned with the current skills etc, project pipeline and organizational scaling needs. Drive employee engagement and cultural development programs to enhance team alignment, especially in integrating the old employees and the new hires . Build strategies for talent retention and succession planning. Establish scalable HR practices to support rapid expansion. Prepare yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly plans of all employees Manage whole HR system of ERP Hands on experience in managing complete HR COMPLIANCE, liaisoning with labor officers, etc

Key Result Areas (KRAs):

Completion of foundational HR systems (PMS, SOPs, HRIS) within the specified timeline. Achieving team engagement and cultural alignment. Talent acquisition and retention strategy implementation. Supporting leadership and team development aligned with scaling objectives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Completion of PMS, SOPs, and HRIS within 6-8 months. Achieving an employee engagement score of 80%+ satisfaction by the end of 12 months. Maintaining an attrition rate below 10% for critical hires. Timely hiring to meet project needs (as per hiring roadmap).

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
