to support our growing real estate organization. This role will handle day-to-day human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate has experience in HR operations and understands the fast-paced nature of the real estate industry.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for office staff, property management, sales support, and field roles
Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training documentation
Maintain employee records and HR files in compliance with company policies and labor laws
Administer benefits, payroll support, and employee status changes
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related questions and concerns
Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Assist with disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews
Support company culture initiatives and employee engagement efforts
Prepare HR reports and assist management with HR data as needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
2+ years of HR experience (real estate or property management experience is a plus)
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Preferred Qualifications
HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar)
Experience supporting sales agents, brokers, or property management teams
Payroll or benefits administration experience
