Job Summary:

Happy N Healthy is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations for our Mumbai location. The role includes recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting smooth people operations across outlets and corporate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing

Handle end-to-end hiring for restaurant, kitchen, and corporate roles Coordinate with operations managers for manpower planning Manage onboarding, induction, and employee documentation
HR Operations and Compliance

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESIC, gratuity, and statutory requirements Coordinate with consultants for payroll processing
Employee Relations

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit processes Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Performance and Policy Management

Assist in performance appraisal processes Implement HR policies, SOPs, and code of conduct Ensure consistent HR practices across locations
Training and Development

Coordinate training programs for staff and managers Support operational and compliance-related training

Desired Candidate Profile:

2 to 5 years of HR experience (hospitality, QSR, or retail preferred) Strong recruitment and people management skills Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance Ability to work closely with operations teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills Hands-on and solution-oriented approach

Qualification:

Graduate in HR, Management, or related field MBA or PG in HR will be an added advantage

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?33,000.00 per month

Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
Experience:

Hospitality management: 3 years (Required)
