Ensure compliance with labor laws by maintaining accurate records and reports.
Foster a positive work environment through employee welfare initiatives and relations building activities.
Analyze business needs to develop solutions for improving employee productivity and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-4 years of experience in human resources or industrial relations role.
Good Hand On Compliances- ESIC/PF, Gratuity, TDS etc.
Strong understanding of HR policy formulation, implementation, and administration.
Excellent communication and Negotiation skills.
