We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing manpower, handling attendance, and addressing office queries. This role requires a strong decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the HR department.
Handle manpower planning and ensure proper staffing levels.
Monitor and manage attendance records.
Address and resolve office queries and employee concerns promptly.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
Provide leadership and direction to the HR team.
Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
Develop and manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
Utilize HR analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR practices.
Coordinate with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide support.
Experience in Payroll generation as per PF and ESIC laws.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management.
Proven experience in manpower handling and attendance management.
Strong decision-making skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Experience in the facility management industry or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
