Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced

HR Manager

to lead and manage end-to-end human resource functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be strategic, people-oriented, and capable of driving HR initiatives aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning



Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to senior-level positions Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Drive employer branding and hiring strategies

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle



Oversee onboarding, confirmation, exits, and HR documentation Maintain employee records and HRMIS accurately Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management

3. Employee Relations & Engagement



Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievance handling Plan and execute employee engagement activities Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture

4. Performance Management & Policy Implementation



Drive performance appraisal cycles and KPI frameworks Design and implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices Ensure adherence to company policies and code of conduct

5. Compliance & Statutory Management



Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, gratuity, and statutory requirements Coordinate with external consultants and auditors

6. Training & Development



Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives Support leadership development and succession planning

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Leadership and team management abilities Experience with HR analytics and HRMS tools Strategic thinking with hands-on execution
