Brillsworth Realty Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and proactive
HR Manager
to lead the end-to-end human resources function for our real estate operations in Navi Mumbai. The role requires a strong understanding of manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance, with a particular focus on sales-driven real estate environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, marketing, CRM, operations, finance, and corporate roles.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and processes aligned with business goals.
Drive manpower planning and workforce budgeting in coordination with business heads.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and confirmation processes for new hires.
Manage employee relations, engagement initiatives, and grievance handling.
Implement and monitor performance management systems, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
Handle compensation structuring, payroll coordination, incentives, and commissions.
Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws (PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
Maintain accurate HR records, MIS, and reporting for management review.
Support leadership with HR analytics, attrition control strategies, and talent retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
6-10 years of HR experience, preferably in real estate, construction, or sales-driven organizations.
Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance.
Experience managing large frontline sales teams is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹17,422.06 - ₹40,752.96 per month
