Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager ( Female Only)
Job Summary
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role supports business goals by developing and implementing HR strategies that promote a positive workplace culture, ensure legal compliance, and drive employee engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies
Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
Lead training and professional development programs
Advise management on workforce planning and organizational development
Maintain HR records and prepare reports and analytics
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office tools
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree or HR certification.
Experience managing HR in a fast-paced or growing organization
Work Environment
Office-based or hybrid role
May require occasional travel or extended hours during peak periods
