The HR Manager will handle end-to-end Human Resource functions for a manufacturing setup, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, statutory compliance, and employee relations, ensuring smooth people management aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage complete
HR operations
: onboarding, attendance, leave, confirmation, exit, and HR documentation
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for shop-floor and staff positions
Drive
employee engagement
initiatives and manage grievance handling
Implement and manage
performance appraisal / PMS
process
Ensure compliance with
labour laws & statutory requirements
(PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Factory Act)
Coordinate payroll inputs and support compensation processes
Maintain HR MIS, records, and reports
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of
HR policies, labour laws, and compliance
Experience in
manufacturing / factory environment
Good communication, interpersonal, and people management skills
Proficiency in MS Office & HR systems
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent
4-5 years of HR experience in manufacturing industry
