Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Handle employee relations, engagement activities, and grievance redressal.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and POSH regulations.
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee development initiatives.
Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
Handle disciplinary actions and ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
Maintain HR records, MIS reports, and HR documentation.
Act as a liaison between management and employees.
Requirements
MBA / Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
3-5 years of proven experience in an HR Executive / HR Generalist / Junior HR Manager role.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficiency in HRMS and MS Office tools.
Preferred Skills
Experience in IT / Technology industry
