Job Description

Core Responsibilities of an HR Professional:

Recruitment:

Writing JDs, posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and managing the hiring process.

Onboarding:

Coordinating new hire orientation, paperwork, and integration into the company.

Employee Relations:

Addressing concerns, managing grievances, conflict resolution, and promoting a good work environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Administering pay, benefits, and reward systems.

Performance Management:

Overseeing appraisal systems and development plans.

Training & Development:

Identifying needs and organizing training programs.

Policy & Compliance:

Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to HR policies and labor laws.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate employee files and HR data.

Strategic Input:

Contributing to HR initiatives aligned with company goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
