Design and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization . Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, compliance, and records management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy . Develop and lead the company?s comprehensive employee engagement strategy, performance management framework, and succession planning . Formulate, implement, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they align with business goals and legal requirements . Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on all human capital matters, including organizational structure and change management . Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement . Manage departmental budget and resources effectively . Drive the digital transformation of HR processes by selecting and implementing new HR technologies and tools . Technical & Professional Skills: Proven experience in a strategic HR role with strong business acumen . In-depth knowledge of labor law and statutory compliance . Expertise in managing and implementing HRMS and other HR technologies . Exceptional leadership, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills . #
