Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with regulations.

Performance Management

: Implement performance management systems to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback.

HR Administration

: Maintain employee records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.

Qualifications



Education

: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.

Experience

: Previous experience in HR roles, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Skills

: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in HR software and tools.
