Experience in HR management within civil/construction industry.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Strong knowledge of labour laws, leadership, communication, and ethics
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations for a civil & construction company
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
Handle talent acquisition, recruitment, and workforce planning
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and engagement initiatives
Implement performance management and appraisal systems
Maintain positive employee relations and resolve workplace issues
Plan and execute training & development programs
Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR administration
Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and HR policies
Track HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance) and report to management
Support employee health, safety, and workplace compliance
Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies
Conduct exit interviews and improve employee experience
