WE ARE HIRING | HR MANAGER

Location: Nagpur

Position: HR Manager (HR + Purchase)

Salary: ₹40,000 - ?50,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR operations (recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination)

Manage employee records, policies & compliance

Coordinate with departments for manpower planning

Handle purchase activities - vendor coordination, quotations & procurement

Maintain purchase records and inventory

Ensure smooth internal coordination between teams

Requirements:

Proven experience as HR Manager / HR Executive

Knowledge of HR processes & labor compliance

Experience in purchase/procurement will be an added advantage

Strong communication & coordination skills

Organized, responsible & proactive approach
