Job Description

Location - Lowerparel

Roles and responsibilty -

Lead and execute

employee engagement initiatives

to enhance workplace culture and retention. Coordinate and ensure

accurate, timely payroll processing

with internal teams and vendors. Manage end-to-end

HR operations and employee lifecycle

(onboarding to exit). Ensure compliance with

labor laws and statutory requirements

(PF, ESIC, TDS, PT). Handle employee grievances and promote a positive, transparent work environment. Prepare

HR MIS, dashboards, and reports

to support leadership decision-making.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
