Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Addressing and resolving employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment through effective communication and problem-solving.
Manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee development.
Manage payroll and benefits administration.
Ability to use HR Information Systems (HRIS) to manage employee data, payroll, and benefits.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on HR-related activities and outcomes.
Handling a team of 1 or 2 people
Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA in HR
Proven experience of 8+ Years in HR .
Ownership and initative
Process Orientation
Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
