Metapercept Technology Services LLP is looking for an experienced
HR Manager
to manage and oversee all human resource functions. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance while supporting business growth and organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
Handle employee relations, engagement, and grievance management
Coordinate payroll, attendance, and leave management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements
Manage performance appraisal and employee development programs
Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation
Act as a point of contact between management and employees
Required Qualifications & Skills:
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
5-12 years of experience in HR management
Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and labor laws
Experience with HRMS and payroll tools
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per year
