Manage end-to-end recruitment for all hotel positions
Coordinate manpower planning with department heads
Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Employee Relations
Foster a positive work culture aligned with hotel values
Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Handle conflict resolution and performance issues
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate training programs
Support leadership development and succession planning
Ensure mandatory compliance and safety training
Performance Management
Implement and manage performance appraisal systems
Guide department heads on performance improvement plans
Track KPIs related to employee productivity and turnover
Payroll & Compensation
Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration
Ensure accurate attendance, leave, and overtime tracking
Benchmark compensation and manage incentive programs
Compliance & Policies
Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel policies, and audits
Update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook
Manage statutory requirements and inspections
Health, Safety & Welfare
Support workplace health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives
Coordinate with management on employee welfare programs
