Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and HR compliance.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, PT, etc.).
Handle employee relations, grievance redressal, and disciplinary actions.
Drive performance management system, appraisals, and training initiatives.
Maintain HRMS and ensure accurate employee data management.
Lead employee engagement, welfare activities, and retention strategies.
Support manpower planning and workforce budgeting.
Coordinate with management for HR audits, organisational development, and policy updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR Management or related field.
5-8 years of HR generalist and managerial experience.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office, and payroll coordination.
