Liaison with Statutory consultant for monthly compliance filing & Queries
Recruitment
End to end Recruitment Complete recruitment cycle for sourcing talent, job posting, shortlisting candidates, interview setup, on boarding, induction, etc.
Employee Relations:
Manage team building, employee relationships & staff welfare activities like monthly birthday celebrations, organizing other festivals, events, etc. for team
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling any grievances or queries and helping resolve any requests or issues
Administration
Supervise office upkeep, maintenance of premises & equipment, pantry, etc
Training & Development
Assisting with training & performance review process for improved productivity, building capability and quality enhancement
Miscellaneous
other general HR & Admin tasks as assigned from time to time
Desired Profile
3-6 years experience in similar HR & Admin role
Proficient with payroll processing
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
