About the Role

We are looking for an HR Manager who can take ownership of day-to-day HR functions and help us build a smooth, reliable employee experience. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive and comfortable managing both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timelines Oversee attendance tracking and resolve discrepancies Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening and coordination Conduct onboarding and maintain employee records Support performance management processes Ensure HR policies are followed and updated when needed Handle employee queries and maintain a positive work environment Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR initiatives

Requirements

Proven experience in HR operations Strong knowledge of payroll, attendance systems and recruitment practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in MS Office and HR software Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or a related field

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
