Ability to manage factory HR, grievances & discipline

Manage end-to-end HR operations & policy implementation
Lead Industrial Relations & ensure harmonious labour management
Handle union negotiations and workforce discipline
Oversee payroll, compliance, audits & statutory documentation
Support management in HR planning, MIS & performance management
