- HR Manager Position : HR Manager - Full time employment Location of work : Vasai ? Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, monitor monthly expenses, and ensure all HR costs stay within approved limits. ? Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions on portals, and managing the recruitment process. ? Screening of Resumes, initiating 1st round of Interview & lining up of interviews for 2 round. ? Maintaining database of resumes. ? Sharing Job Offers & completing joining formalities. ? Giving induction program to new employees and orientating them with the company policies & procedures. ? ? Handholding new employees, making them comfortable and maintaining a smooth onboarding process. ? Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration. ? Adding new employees in insurance policy & Statutory compliance. ? Preparing KRA's & Appraisal forms for all teammates and ensuring reviews happen on quarterly basis without fail. ? Managing employees' queries / grievances and providing counseling on policies and procedures. ? Review existing HR policies regularly, recommend updates, and ensure smooth implementation of new or revised policies across the organisation. ? Assessing training needs and coordinating for learning and development initiatives for all employees ? Implementing employee engagement activities on a monthly basis. ? Sending birthday & anniversary messages and gifts to employees ? Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and physical form. ? Arranging for employee get-togethers on special occasions. ? Lead and guide a small team of 2-3 HR executives, allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of all HR tasks. Requirements : o MBA HR / BMM with experience of min 8 years as an HR Managing working with Project management companies / Manufacturing companies having exposure handling white and blue collared employees. o Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems o Excellent verbal and written communication skills & convincing abilities. o Ability to negotiate with diplomacy Location of candidate : Vasai / Virar Salary : CTC 6 to 7 Lakhs pa

Pay: ?17,281.59 - ?59,507.57 per month
