The HR Manager will handle end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee relations, and compliance to support smooth HR operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews).
Coordinate with department heads for hiring needs.
Handle joining formalities, documentation, and induction.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee database, attendance, and leave records.
Ensure HR policies are followed and updated as required.
Handle PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance documentation.
Prepare for HR audits and ensure proper filing.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
Conduct employee engagement activities and maintain team culture.
Manage disciplinary procedures as per company policy.
4. Payroll Coordination
Provide monthly payroll inputs to accounts/finance team.
Verify attendance, leaves, incentives, OT, and reimbursement data.
5. Performance Management
Assist in performance appraisal cycles.
Maintain KPIs, performance reports, and appraisal documentation.
