Key Responsibilities



Talent Acquisition and Management



Develop recruitment strategies to attract quality candidates. Oversee the hiring process, including job postings and onboarding. Manage employee performance through appraisals and feedback.

Policy Development and Compliance



Create and implement HR policies that comply with labor laws. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and manage HR-related documentation.

Employee Relations and Development



Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts. Foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement. Support training and development initiatives for staff.

Strategic Planning



Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives. Analyze workforce data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices. Plan for succession and workforce development to ensure long-term stability.

Skills Required



Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Problem-solving and analytical abilities. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
